How to make pasta in sour cream and cheese in the oven? A very simple dish. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use any pasta - horns, bows, shells, etc. I have coins (orecchiette), the main thing is that it is from durum wheat and of good quality. In addition to the specified spices, you can use your own taste. Processed cheese needs creamy cheese without additives, soft, which can be spread on bread.

Grate the hard cheese on a medium or fine grater.

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, that is, 1 minute less than indicated on the package). The pasta cooked in this way remains slightly hard in the very center. It will finish cooking in the oven. Place the pasta in a colander and let all the water drain.
STEP 4

Add sour cream, a third of grated cheese and garlic passed through a press to the pasta.
STEP 5

Mix everything well.

Combine the remaining grated cheese with processed cheese and eggs and mix thoroughly. If you want the sauce to be thinner, you can add another egg. You can replace the processed cheese with ricotta or other soft cheese to taste.
