STEP 1

How to quickly make French Macaron cookies from ground almonds, egg whites and sugar with chocolate buttercream, which will definitely appeal to many for its excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for preparing the popular French-style confectionery product.
STEP 2

To prepare the almond dough, take a large bowl and pour one hundred and twenty-five grams of almond flour into it, then take a fine sieve and sift one hundred and twenty-five grams of powdered sugar into the bowl, then mix the dry ingredients well.
STEP 3

Add forty-five grams of egg white, from one large chicken egg, to a common bowl.
STEP 4

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and knead the almond dough.
STEP 5

To prepare sugar syrup, take a saucepan and pour one hundred twenty-five grams of sugar into it, then add forty milliliters of water, a pinch of citric acid and place it on the stove, then turn it on to medium heat and prepare the sugar syrup, the boiling point of which should reach up to one hundred and twenty degrees.

Take a deep bowl and pour forty-five grams of egg white into it, then beat the whites at low speed with a mixer and pour the prepared sugar syrup into the bowl in a thin stream, preferably onto the side of the bowl.

When all the syrup has been poured into the saucepan, increase the mixer speed and beat the meringue until cool and ready, when it becomes smooth and very glossy.
STEP 8

Add one scoop of coloring to the bowl with the prepared Italian meringue and mix well.
STEP 9

Place the meringue prepared with the dye in three batches into a bowl of almond dough and mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
STEP 10

Place the prepared dough into a pastry bag and form the cookie dough by squeezing the required amount of dough onto a baking sheet, which you have previously covered with parchment.
STEP 11

The baking sheet with the cookie blanks must be lifted and lightly tapped on the table several times to remove excess air from the blanks, then leave the baking sheet on the table for forty to forty-five minutes.
STEP 12

After the time has passed, place the baking sheet with cookies in an oven preheated to one hundred and forty degrees and bake the cookies for twelve to fifteen minutes.
STEP 13

After fifteen minutes, place the parchment with the prepared cookies on the table and let the baked goods cool a little time.
STEP 14

To prepare chocolate ganache, take a saucepan and pour fifty milliliters of cream into it, which you then heat on the stove, then place one hundred and eighty grams of white chocolate pieces into the saucepan.

Place twenty grams of softened butter in a saucepan and mix all the ingredients in a bowl well with a whisk until smooth, creamy chocolate mass.
STEP 16

Add one scoop of coloring to the saucepan with the chocolate buttercream and mix all the ingredients well, then take a deep bowl and pour the colored cream into it.
STEP 17

Fill a pastry bag with the prepared cream and squeeze the required amount of cream onto the cookies.
STEP 18

Cover the top of the cookies with cream with another cookie and the French-style Macaron confectionery is ready to eat.
