I suddenly had a lot of tomatoes, so I started looking on the website for what to do with them. I found a suitable recipe for lightly salted tomatoes in an instant pot. Indeed, preparing this snack takes little time, and the result is amazing. I use a plastic container as a pan, it’s just more convenient to put it in the refrigerator. I cut the tomatoes into slices and placed them in a container in layers. Between the layers of tomatoes I placed sprigs of parsley and dill, as well as slices of garlic and black peppercorns. I poured the cooled brine over it and left it for about three hours. After that I put it in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, the tomato slices acquired the taste not just of pickled, but rather even of barrel flavor. All flavors are combined here: salty, sweet, sour. Everything in moderation. And the garlic aroma is delicious. I’ve never tried anything like this) These delicious tomatoes surprised me! I advise everyone to prepare tomatoes using this recipe, you won’t regret it!
