This recipe interested me; I have never prepared cucumbers this way. I decided to try it and made lightly salted cucumbers using mineral water according to this recipe. I took fresh, greenhouse cucumbers and poured cold water over them, leaving them overnight so that they were crispy. I calculated the recipe for a liter jar using the website’s calculator, which is very convenient. For flavor, I added allspice, currant and cherry leaves in addition to the indicated ingredients. I cut off the edges of the cucumbers according to the author’s advice. I placed the cucumbers vertically in the jar, as the author describes below. I took highly carbonated mineral water. I poured it carefully, the soda foamed. My cucumbers stood for 4 hours in the kitchen, then 12 hours in the refrigerator. And finally we tried lightly salted cucumbers in mineral water. This is delicious! The cucumbers turned out excellent, crispy, medium salty and aromatic. Great recipe! I will cook this way again and recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to the author!
