A wonderful recipe for a lean casserole. Thank you for sharing! I decided to pamper my family with Lenten potato casserole with mushrooms. We don’t sit on duty, so I supplemented the dish with a mayonnaise-cheese crust (300 g of mayonnaise and 150 g of cheese), which made the casserole rich and rich in taste. In principle, you can make a lean casserole with such a crust, using vegetable cheese and lean mayonnaise. Champignons go perfectly with potatoes, they turn out plump and elastic. I omitted the carrots from the recipe, but added more onions. I didn’t mash the boiled potatoes, but added cubes to the casserole. I wanted different textures in the casserole, and that's what I got. I did the order of the layers in my own way) I prepared a dish with mushrooms for the holiday. Everyone really liked the potato casserole, it was the first to leave the table, and they also asked me for the recipe))) This dish can only be supplemented with a slice of bread, otherwise it is quite self-sufficient.
