Lean dumplings with raw potatoes

Dumplings with raw potatoes are good because the filling is made very quickly. But I made my own adjustments - I fried the onions for the filling. It turned out very tasty, indeed, the filling is different from the usual one, the potatoes are more moist and viscous. The dough for this recipe comes out very soft, so I made the dumplings large and thick. A recipe for those who like to diversify their taste sensations in ordinary dishes, and, of course, for those who are fasting. Thank you!

Who would refuse classic dumplings with potatoes? That's right - no one! So I succumbed to this seasonal temptation. I made dumplings with raw potatoes. I boiled them until al dente, which is exactly how we like them, flavored them with butter and.....under the calls of the family to continue the potato bacchanalia, I went to prepare the second portion.
