The rice was ordinary, but I washed it, poured cold water on it and left it overnight so that the starch came out. And I cooked it the next day. In general, everything is simple here, I laid everything out in layers, poured it with broth and, as Maria recommends, put it in the oven for 1.5 hours. During this time, all the broth was absorbed and the wings were baked. Then I kept it under the grill for about 10 minutes, it didn’t brown too much. It turned out very tasty! I especially liked the rice soaked in rich broth; it turned out so tender, juicy, but not watery. And the spiced chicken is also very appetizing.
