A very interesting recipe, my daughter cannot be fed carrots in any form, I think this cupcake will solve this problem. You can also add chopped walnuts to the dough, they will make the taste of the cupcake more refined.

Such a fluffy cupcake! I've never been able to cook like this before. And on top it looks more like icing. Or sprinkle with powder before baking? Maybe add a little more lemon zest to the dough?
