Langos flatbread

Flavorful fluffy flatbread with garlic sauce, sour cream, cheese. Langos is a Hungarian fast food, a fluffy yeast flatbread fried in oil. The top of the lángos is smeared with either just sour cream, or garlic sauce, sour cream and sprinkled with cheese. These flatbreads are often called Hungarian pizza. In Hungary there will always be fairs and festivals. It is believed that this dish came to Hungarian cuisine from Turkey. Translated from Hungarian, lángos means flame.
