Lagman Uyghur
Everyone should try this dish! Tasty, healthy and unusual! This popular culinary recipe of Uzbek cuisine is somewhat similar to our solyanka. That is, a variety of vegetables go into the dish along with the meat. Moreover, it is believed that the more types of vegetables there are in the final dish, the better. So you can throw all kinds of vegetables into the lagman, even the Uyghur lagman is no exception to this. In the recipe, I simply provided a list of the vegetables that I use most often. You can take others, remove some, add some, everything is to your taste. It is very good to add artichokes to lagman.
