Wine vinegar can be replaced with another to taste. Wash the meat, dry with a paper towel, and trim off the fat and veins if necessary. Cut the meat into thin strips. Rinse the prepared meat again and dry with paper towels.

    Place a frying pan on the fire and heat it without oil. Place the prepared meat on a preheated frying pan and completely evaporate the liquid from it. Then pour in a tablespoon of vegetable oil, add a little salt and fry the meat for 10 minutes until lightly browned, stirring constantly.     Peel the carrots, rinse under running water and grate for Korean salads. If there is no such device, then you can cut the carrots with a knife into thin strips, this will not affect the taste.

    Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Peel the garlic cloves and grate them on a fine grater or pass through a press.

I made khe from meat in Korean style. I prepared it according to the author’s recipe; I added coriander and paprika to the spices specified in the recipe; to complete the taste, I definitely added a little sugar. It is better to scald spices with hot vegetable oil, so they will better reveal the aroma. Therefore, when frying meat, I immediately added the entire amount of vegetable oil and ten seconds before the end of frying, poured all the spices into the meat. I used regular vinegar.
