I saw the recipe for Korean Meat and couldn’t pass it up. We love Asian cuisine, especially meat in sweet and sour sauce. I had a neck, prepared the marinade according to the recipe, and kept the meat in it for 2 hours. Fry over high heat, stirring. The meat was simply delicious!
