How to make juicy Korean meat at home? Very easy and quite fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can take pork from any part of the carcass (ham, tenderloin

Wash the pork and dry it. Cut the meat into thin slices and beat lightly with a hammer. At the same time, it is necessary to preserve the integrity of the meat.

Cut the resulting plates into strips.
STEP 4
Peel the garlic and finely chop it or pass it through a press. You can replace fresh garlic with 1 tsp. dry garlic powder.
STEP 5
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ground ginger and coriander, sugar and chili. Mix everything thoroughly. If you use teriyaki instead of regular soy sauce, you do not need to add sugar. Teriyaki sauce already contains sugar.
STEP 6
Place the pork in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped garlic, and pour in soy sauce with spices.
STEP 7
Sprinkle with starch and mix thoroughly.
STEP 8
Leave the meat to marinate for 20-30 minutes at room temperature. Better yet, marinate the night before and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
STEP 9
Heat a frying pan over high heat. Add the meat along with the marinade and, stirring, quickly fry until cooked. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
STEP 10
Serve Korean pork with a side dish of fluffy boiled rice. If you wish, you can sprinkle the meat with sesame seeds before serving. Bon appetit!
