STEP 1
How to make a salad with Korean carrots and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can cook Korean carrots yourself or buy ready-made ones. Choose cheese according to your taste, the main thing is that it can be easily grated.
STEP 2
To prepare the salad, eggs must be boiled in advance. To do this, fill them with cold water, put on fire and boil in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells.
STEP 3
Grate the eggs into a bowl using a coarse grater.
STEP 4
Next, grate the cheese on a coarse grater directly into the bowl with the eggs.
STEP 5
Drain the juice from the Korean carrots and place them in a bowl with the salad. If desired, you can chop the carrots a little smaller. Season the salad with mayonnaise. For flavor, add a couple of cloves of garlic, passed through a press. You can add salt and ground pepper to taste. When adding salt, keep in mind that the mayonnaise is already salty. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
STEP 6
