    To prepare the salad, eggs must be boiled in advance. To do this, fill them with cold water, put on fire and boil in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells.

    Grate the eggs into a bowl using a coarse grater.

    Next, grate the cheese on a coarse grater directly into the bowl with the eggs.

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

I really liked the salad with Korean carrots and cheese! Simple, easy, fast, pleasant to cook, and not bad to eat either. I was preparing it for a holiday table, so I decided to make it into puff pastry. I sprinkled grated egg on top and decorated it a little)) I coated the layers with homemade mayonnaise. I also took homemade Korean carrots. I didn’t add salt because there was enough salt in the carrots, cheese and mayonnaise. Well, I didn’t pepper it, because my child ate this salad. I liked the Korean carrot and cheese salad because of its ease of preparation and the delicate and at the same time piquant taste due to the carrots. The eggs were pre-boiled and cooled. I grated the cheese and eggs on a coarse grater. I combined cheese, eggs, Korean carrots, and chopped garlic in a salad bowl. Added mayonnaise and stirred.
