great side dish. Suitable for many dishes or as a salad on its own. I cook it often and my family eats it with pleasure. True, I don’t just heat vegetable oil, but fry a finely chopped onion in it. and then I add everything to the salad. Sometimes I just use pepper and garlic, salt and vinegar, or I buy special seasonings for Korean carrots in the store, and it also turns out delicious. Bon appetit.
