and one more thing - sour cream with sugar is delicious, but it becomes more liquid, can you “thicken” it with something? Well, should I add gelatin or something? otherwise I have doubts - how will it hold up? and even on smooth kiwis?

Of course, it’s better to use homemade sour cream, but if you don’t have it, take store-bought sour cream with a fat content of 25% or more. I always whip everything from this sour cream and nothing spreads. I’ve never thickened it with gelatin)
