Pour five hundred milliliters of cold boiled water into the bowl with the minced meat in parts and mix all the ingredients very well for five minutes until you obtain a homogeneous minced meat of the desired consistency.

After time has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator and knead it onto the table, then divide it into nineteen approximately equal parts weighing about forty grams.
STEP 11
Take a rolling pin and alternately roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin to flat cakes two millimeters thick.

Take a small plate and place a tortilla on it, then place one tablespoon of ground meat with spices on the tortilla.
