Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 10 mins
STEP 1
Let's prepare the ingredients for making kharcho soup. Rinse the parsley, peel and wash the vegetables.
STEP 2
Cut the carrots into strips.
STEP 3
Finely chop the onion.
STEP 4
Place chicken wings, onions, carrots and salt in a pan. Put the pan on the fire.
STEP 5
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
STEP 6
Wash the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
STEP 7
15 minutes after the soup boils, add potatoes to it.
STEP 8
Following the potatoes, add rice to the pan.
STEP 9
Finely chop the garlic.
STEP 10
Fry garlic with tomato paste and red pepper in sunflower oil.
STEP 11
When the potatoes and rice are ready, add tomato paste and garlic to the soup.
STEP 12
Cook the soup for another 3 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 13
Finely chop the parsley.
STEP 14
When serving the kharcho soup, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
