My husband will love this dish; the recipe is wonderful; this marinade will make the pork melt in your mouth. True, as for spices, I would leave only a mixture of peppers, but this is for my taste, it seems to me that the aroma of garlic and pepper does not overwhelm the aroma of meat, but rather emphasizes it to their advantage.

The dish is really very tasty. Only instead of curry I use basil, and blue one. I freeze it for the winter, then add it to meat. It turns out more elegant.
