We were treated to hare, I had never cooked it before, but my favorite website came to the rescue and I chose a recipe for a juicy hare in the oven. I soaked pieces of hare meat in water with the addition of apple cider vinegar for 24 hours (I changed the water twice during this time). I decided to improvise a little))): I put the meat in a cup, added some salt, added ground pepper, chopped onion, mixed well, and left to marinate for about an hour. Then I put the meat in a glass baking dish, covered it with foil and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. I baked the meat for an hour and a half. It turned out sooooo delicious!!! The meat is soft and juicy. I didn’t add dill when baking for certain reasons. I served the hare with vegetable salad. Many thanks to the author for the recipe!
