The simplest and easiest recipe for making jellied meat. Tasty. Easily. Classic jellied meat, but prepared with a minimum of physical effort. I cooked jellied jellied meat in a slow cooker from pork legs. I used a pork knuckle and two legs. During the day, I pre-soaked the prepared meat products in cold water. Cooked in the “Stew” mode for 6 hours (at night). In the morning, I cut the finished jellied meat into small containers. I like to cook jellied meat in a slow cooker; the broth in it always turns out transparent and beautiful. Before boiling, it is advisable to remove the foam, but even if this is not done in time, you need to strain the finished broth. By cooking jellied meat with pork legs, which contain a lot of gelling substances, the finished jellied meat hardens well. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

Jellied meat is not always successful, to be honest. But I want to try it in a slow cooker. Thanks for the recipe! That's also interesting

I have a Redmond multi-pressure cooker for jellied meat, but I cook it much faster in it.

Jellied meat tastes much better in a slow cooker. I wanted to cook something.

6 hours for pork legs is a lot! I cook for 4 hours, and that’s enough. But for beef legs, 6 hours will be just fine.

I have a Vitek VT-4209 multicooker, it has a function for stewing vegetables, fish, meat, poultry. Which stewing function should I use to cook jellied meat? I set it to stew meat, half of the liquid boiled away. Write how many degrees does it show on the stewing function?!
