Jamie Oliver's Beetroot and Feta Salad
A bright beetroot salad that lifts your spirits! I would like to offer you a recipe for a very simple salad. One or two and the salad is ready. The only thing is that to prepare it you will need to boil the beets in advance or buy already boiled ones in the store (yes, they already sell that). I saw the recipe for this salad in one of J. Oliver’s programs and, to my surprise, realized that to prepare it you need the most ordinary products, otherwise he often comes across some ingredient that is simply impossible to get.

Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
Let's prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Peel the boiled beets and grate them. I use a Korean carrot grater, but regular carrots will do. Add salt and pepper to the beets (just remember that the feta is already salted).
STEP 3
For the dressing, mix olive oil, vinegar and a few drops of lemon juice (to my taste, lemon is not necessary here). Finely chop the greens and add to the dressing. Mix everything thoroughly and add to the grated beets.
STEP 4
Mix the beets and place on a plate. Place pieces of feta on top.
STEP 5
You can serve. Bon appetit!
