Without any embarrassment, I asked for this recipe for an Italian salad in an Italian restaurant where I often celebrate my own birthday. The most amazing thing is that the chefs there don’t make any secrets out of their dishes. A very interesting salad recipe. I'll have to prepare it, I took note. Thank you. However, there is a small note, the fact is that Parmesan cheese is not a soft cheese, but quite the opposite. Parmesan is one of the hardest Italian cheeses.

Very tasty recipe! The only thing I doubt is the mayonnaise. I’ll probably add olive oil mixed with mustard to the salad instead of mayonnaise. And it seems to me that any soft, creamy cheese will do, you can even take Adyghe cheese.

Quite a simple recipe, but I must say it turns out to be a very tasty dish. I would like to advise you about croutons... under the juice of vegetables and mayonnaise, they become very soft and have a completely imperceptible taste. I add croutons when the salad is already divided into portions just before eating.

I probably overcook the croutons, because surprisingly they retain their shape even after being dressed in the salad for an hour) And in our house we simply love mayonnaise and add it to almost everything, but try it in your own way. A flight of imagination and preferences is recommended!
