STEP 1

How to make pickled beets quickly? Very easy and simple! Prepare all products according to the list. Choose beets that are firm and firm; they are perfect for pickling.

Wash and peel the root vegetables. Grate the beets using a coarse grater. Place in a deep cup or plate of suitable size.
