I'm interested in a recipe for quick-cooking pickled beets. I grated the peeled beets on a Korean carrot grater, cut the onion into half rings, and mixed everything together. I dissolved salt, sugar, and vinegar in hot water (I used homemade apple vinegar), added grain mustard and poured the resulting marinade into the grated beets. After two hours, the pickled beets were ready. Very juicy, in a delicious spicy marinade! Delicious both as an independent dish and as an addition to meat products. Beetroot dishes are always tasty and also healthy. I'm interested in a recipe for quick-cooking pickled beets. My beets were larger and I increased the proportions of spices for the marinade. I grated the beets on a coarse grater and cut the onion into half rings. I combined the beets and onions, added the prepared marinade, mixed and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
