Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - How to make hot chili sauce at home? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Use the amount of sugar to your liking; you can add less than what is indicated in the recipe. Hot peppers are suitable in both red and green colors. 
- STEP 2 - Peel the garlic and rinse under running water. 
- STEP 3 - Wash the pepper well, remove the stems, you can also remove the seeds if you wish if you want a less spicy sauce. 
- STEP 4 - Place the peeled garlic and all the chili peppers in a blender bowl, add one a little later so that small pieces are included in the sauce. 
- STEP 5 - Grind everything until smooth. 
- STEP 6 - Pour sugar into the sauce, add vinegar and the remaining pepper. 
- STEP 7 - Grind with a blender again.
