Boil the cereal. Remove the skin from the lard and boil it (the skin). Next – finely chop.

Also chop slightly frozen meat (to make chopping easier).

Do the same with lard. Very fine 3*3mm

Chop the garlic. Combine everything, plus spices. Add salt.
STEP 6
If you bought cleaned ready-made intestines, called "guts" in the supermarket, then if the casings are covered with salt, rinse them thoroughly.
STEP 7
Remove the knife and grid from the meat grinder. Insert sausage cutter. The washed shell is pulled over it like a stocking. Tie the end of the shell with a harsh thread.
STEP 8
Fill the casing with minced meat, pushing it out with the auger of a meat grinder. Do not stuff the womb tightly.
STEP 9
Tie the ends of the sausages into a ring. Prick the semi-finished sausage with a needle so that the expanded air can escape freely during cooking.
STEP 10
Boil water in a large saucepan. No need to add salt. Place sausages in boiling water. Cook for 35 minutes.
STEP 11
Fry the sausages before eating. Homemade sausages are delicious, cold or hot.
