Homemade ice cream popsicles in a blender

STEP 1
Even not very sweet and not very beautiful strawberries are suitable for this dish; you inevitably come across one, no matter how carefully you choose. On the contrary, the softer it is, the more homogeneous the puree and the better quality the ice will be. It is also better to choose soft, very ripe kiwis.
STEP 2
Pour sugar into water and heat until it is completely dissolved. Add lemon juice. Adjust the amount of sugar and lemon juice to your taste; a lot also depends on the sweetness of the berries and fruits.
STEP 3
Peel the strawberries and crush them with a masher.
STEP 4
Peel the kiwi, cut into pieces and puree. You can use a blender or grater.
STEP 5
Add half of the sugar syrup to the strawberry puree.
STEP 6
Pour the remaining sugar syrup into the kiwi puree.
STEP 7
I used small plastic cups (100 ml) and wooden ice cream sticks as molds. In general, there are special molds for homemade ice cream on sale.
STEP 8
Pour strawberry puree into one glass, filling it halfway. Fill the other half with kiwi puree. Place the molds in the freezer for 1 hour.
STEP 9
Stick wooden sticks into the frozen mixture.
STEP 10
Pour in the remaining strawberry and kiwi puree, respectively. Place the molds in the refrigerator until completely frozen, this will take 2-3 hours. Remove the fruit ice from the molds. If it gets stuck, you can put them in hot water for a couple of seconds.
