If you want to save horseradish for the winter, place the finished product in prepared, sterilized jars. Horseradish and beets should be stored in the refrigerator. Advice to make small jars.

I made homemade horseradish with beets for the winter. For the marinade, I boiled water with salt and sugar, and lastly added table vinegar. I let the marinade cool completely. I crushed the horseradish root and beets in a blender, added the marinade to them, mixed them, put them in a jar and put them in the refrigerator. An excellent seasoning for meat and fish dishes! Thanks to the author for the recipe!

My family loves horseradish very much. Although we don’t like spicy things, we will never refuse horseradish)) I like to add it to various sauces for spiciness and strength. I really like fresh adjika with horseradish; there is no comparison with adjika with hot pepper and garlic. But I’ve never tried to make horseradish with beets myself, and I never came across a recipe. Thanks to Irishka, now I’ll definitely try to cook horseradish myself using this recipe.
