STEP 1

Then add honey to the water and stir well until the honey dissolves.

Simmer the honey liquid over low heat for an hour. Stir occasionally to prevent the honey from burning. During this time, foam will form, which must be removed with a spoon or slotted spoon.

After an hour of cooking, add hops and boil for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Cool the finished wort.

Take a clean jar, treated with boiling water or steam. Pour the cooled liquid into it.

Wash the lemons in running water and pour boiling water over them. This will make them more flavorful. Cut the lemons into thin slices.

Close the jar with a lid and place it in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Leave the future wine to infuse for 2 weeks.
