Homemade curd mass

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make homemade curd mass? Prepare your food. Take a ripe, aromatic banana - adding it will allow you to use less sugar to prepare the treat, which, in turn, will make it more healthy. Wash, peel the banana, cut the pulp into pieces and place in a blender bowl (or other dishes if you are using an immersion blender or other chopping device).
STEP 2

Mash the banana until puree. If you don't have a blender, you can simply mash it with a fork.
STEP 3

Take natural cottage cheese, without vegetable additives. It is better to purchase a fresh village product, especially if this delicacy is intended for children. If you are on a diet, you can use a low-fat product or cottage cheese with a low fat content. If the cottage cheese is grainy, it is better to rub it through a sieve to make it softer and more uniform.
STEP 4

Place the cottage cheese in a blender bowl with a banana, add heavy cream, sour cream or fermented baked milk, as an alternative you can use unsweetened yogurt or another dairy product. Such additives affect the calorie content of the finished product, so choose at your own discretion. Add sugar to taste or don’t add it at all, you can add a pinch of vanillin or cinnamon.
STEP 5

Mix the ingredients with a blender to obtain a homogeneous curd mass. It is enough to let the blender run for 3-4 minutes at medium speed. If you don’t have such a machine, you can use a hand whisk or masher.
STEP 6

The dessert is ready, put it in bowls or other serving dishes, let it cool a little in the refrigerator and serve. If desired, you can sprinkle chopped walnuts or grated chocolate on top of the curd mass. Bon appetit!
