Homemade candy with peanuts

It’s not difficult to please your loved ones with delicious homemade sweets! The resulting candies are very tasty; the consistency and even taste is somewhat reminiscent of soft toffee, so don’t expect the candies to become hard after refrigeration. If you like sweeter sweets, you can completely replace dark chocolate with milk chocolate. With or instead of nuts, you can use other nuts, hazelnuts or almonds, or walnuts, you can use dried fruits, ground wafers for crunch, in general, let your imagination run wild! We store sweets in the refrigerator. Help yourself!

Step-by-step preparation

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Required ingredients.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place condensed milk, milk and dark chocolate and butter into a saucepan.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the saucepan in a water bath (the bottom of the saucepan should not come into contact with boiling water!) and with constant stirring, let the mixture melt and become homogeneous. Attention! As soon as the chocolate begins to melt, stir vigorously so that the chocolate does not overheat and crumble! If it suddenly seems that the chocolate is starting to overheat, remove the pan from the water bath and actively stir the mixture.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

When melted, the mixture turns out very smooth, shiny, but quite thick. Add roasted peanuts (you can replace them with other nuts if you wish).

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    Mixed thoroughly.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

We cover the form with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and level it out. Place in the refrigerator until completely frozen.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

When finished, the chocolate bar is soft and resembles soft toffee.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Cut the chocolate bar into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!

Irisha, a very tasty recipe, everything is so natural, buttery and aromatic, and most importantly, it’s very easy to make!, you don’t have to stand at the stove for a long time, a great recipe!

Good afternoon. Please clarify, is it just 70 grams of peanuts?

Thank you very much for your attention. The candies turned out delicious, but they didn’t freeze very well for me. Perhaps because the boiled condensed milk is purchased.
