Place the finished dough on a floured table, knead it and divide it into 2 equal parts.

If desired, make cuts on the finished bars and bake in an oven preheated to 220 C for 15 minutes with steam (to do this, place a deep baking sheet with boiling water on the bottom of the oven), after 15 minutes, pull out the baking sheet with water, reduce the temperature to 180 and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
