Very tasty dish! My husband, when he cooks such meat, he makes a marinade in which he marinates it for a day: garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard. Then bake in foil for 1.5-2 hours (depending on the piece of meat, you need to test with a knife), then open the foil so that it browns a little. The meat turns out golden brown on the outside, and very juicy and tender on the inside.
