Homemade bagels with raisins

STEP 1

Prepare the products according to the list. All ingredients must be at room temperature.
STEP 2

Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
STEP 3

Grind the butter until white, add 1 yolk and 1 tbsp. sugar, grind until the mass becomes homogeneous. Add all the yolks and sugar, salt, vanilla, sour cream - stir well, pour in the milk and yeast.
STEP 4

Add sifted flour in portions.
STEP 5

Add raisins, knead the dough. It will be tight - don't be alarmed, that's how it should be.
STEP 6

Place the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover and place in a warm place for an hour, let rise. It won't increase much.
STEP 7

Knead the finished dough, roll it into a “sausage” with your hands and divide into 10 pieces. Do not add flour, the dough will not stick.
STEP 8

Roll each piece into a sausage and form into bagels. Some can be left as sausages / children like these “cigars” - they are convenient to dip into the tasty treat /.
STEP 9

Place the bagels on a baking sheet, leave to rise for another 15 minutes. Then brush with yolk whipped with milk and sprinkle with sugar or poppy seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 - 18 minutes, until golden brown.
STEP 10

Leave the finished bagels on a baking sheet under a light towel to rest for 10 minutes.
STEP 11
