Gussar salad with tomatoes and beef
A hearty salad with meat, tomatoes and soft cheese. The very name of the salad - Gusarsky - immediately suggests that the main ingredient in it will be meat or meat products, such as sausage. And indeed it is. In our salad it will be beef baked in the oven with spices.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make Gussar salad with tomatoes and beef? Prepare your ingredients. For cooking we need: 250 g beef
STEP 2

Wash the beef and dry it. Place the meat on a piece of foil. Grease the meat with vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
STEP 3

Carefully wrap the meat in foil. Place the meat on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes.
STEP 4

Cool the finished beef and cut into small cubes.
STEP 5

Wash the tomatoes and cut into strips. It is better to take fleshy tomatoes.
STEP 6

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 7

Wash the greens, dry and finely chop.
STEP 8

In a salad bowl, combine baked beef, tomatoes, cheese, herbs and pressed garlic.
STEP 9

Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. Bon appetit!
