Guryevskaya semolina porridge with walnuts
A very healthy and nutritious porridge for adults and children. My family loves to eat porridge for breakfast. We started this healthy tradition after my husband had to go on a strict diet. The need to adjust nutrition has long disappeared, but the habit of eating porridge in the morning remains. And we teach our children to do this from childhood.
Of course, here I have to use my imagination; I often come up with recipes myself, change ingredients, and use my own. Today I offer you one of these recipes.

When the porridge is ready, add crushed nuts and sugar and mix well.
STEP 6
I serve this porridge on the table like this: I put a layer of porridge in the middle of the plate, then a layer of foam, then porridge again, and so on. I sprinkle the cake with sugar and breadcrumbs. For children, I decorate porridge with fruits and jam.
