Grilled shrimp in a multi-baker

Tender and juicy shrimp according to a Mediterranean recipe. Usually I cooked such shrimps on a grill over an open fire or in a grill pan; although these shrimps were listed as king, they were clearly not the same in size. But I needed them for a salad, and not boiled, but grilled. There was a multi-baker at hand; it cooks quickly, so it was decided to use it. Judge for yourself what happened, but I liked the result and taste. Anyone just mastering this technique, feel free to try cooking shrimp!

    Prepare food. Twist shrimp at room temperature. I cooked on an electric grill, so I could use shrimp of different sizes and half-cooked/i.e. having a pinkish color/. If you plan to cook over an open fire, it is better to take completely raw shrimp of a natural gray color and, if possible, the same large size.

    Wash the thawed shrimp, remove the head, remove the shell, leaving the tail. After this, cut them on the back and remove the dark intestinal vein.

    Chop garlic, rosemary and thyme. I grind it, adding a little salt.

    Place the grated pulp on the bottom of a wide container, add 4 tbsp. butter, stir everything well. Then lay out the shrimp, preferably in one layer. Add just a little salt and sprinkle a little dry. spices for fish, I sprinkle a little more paprika. Carefully turn the shrimp over and repeat the process with the spices. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

    Preheat the electric grill, if like I have a multi-baker, then first install the replaceable GRILL panel. The green indicator lights up, the device is ready for use.

    Place the shrimp not very close to each other, close the lid /do not snap it in place/. Do not lubricate the panels.

    Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes. True, they “cook” quite a lot, so buy much more. Their large appearance when they are filled with ice is very deceptive! And they turn out tasty, juicy and aromatic. This marinade is successful.
