    How to grill pork ribs in the oven? Prepare your food. Take meatier ribs, it is better if they are chilled. If you have them frozen, then defrost them correctly: immediately after the freezer, place the meat in the refrigerator and only then at room temperature. The garlic is fresh, but can be replaced with garlic powder if desired.

    Pour soy sauce into a separate bowl where you will make the marinade. Pay special attention to the quality of soy sauce: there are now a lot of cheap analogues of this product on sale, so give preference to a more expensive but high-quality product. Soy sauce must be naturally fermented. Add utskho-suneli to it.

    Chop the garlic and also add to the soy sauce. I usually grate the garlic, but you can chop it with a knife or put it through a press. At this same stage, you can add some of your favorite spices or even herbs to the marinade: thyme, rosemary, allspice, paprika. Choose according to your taste.

    Rinse the ribs well, dry and cut so that each rib is separate.

    Place the ribs in a deep bowl and pour over the marinade. I didn't add any salt at all, since soy sauce already contains a large amount of it.

    Stir and leave the meat to marinate for at least 20 minutes. This marinating allows the ribs to remain in the marinade for even up to 2 days.

    Prepare the grill grate. This grill comes with any oven. Place a rack on a baking sheet that will catch excess fat and marinade as it bakes. I also recommend pouring water into the pan so that nothing burns or smokes.

    Place the ribs at a short distance from each other.

    Place the ribs in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, cook them for 40 minutes in convection mode, then 10 minutes in Grill mode.

We bought the freshest strip of ribs this morning and this recipe is spot on. Extraordinary yummy! Moreover, here I usually eat the meat part, but my husband is a fan of the ribs themselves. For him it is bliss to savor the little seeds. Perhaps this is one of the few recipes where the meat differs little from grilled meat. I think that it is shambhala, which is part of utskho-suneli, that gives the meat such a unique taste. Still, the marinade is of great importance. Just from the composition alone you can see that it is very tasty!!! In general, soy sauce is a win-win option not only with meat, but in any recipe.
