Grilled pork neck on the bone

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 day
STEP 1
Mix all seasonings with adjika and oil. Zira (grind in a mortar). Wash the pork neck, dry it and coat generously with marinade. Leave for a couple of hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
STEP 2
Heat up the grill pan. Fry the meat over high heat for 5 minutes on each side, seal the meat with a crust. Don't forget the sides. Then another couple of minutes on each side.
STEP 3
Turn off the stove. Let the meat rest for a couple of minutes to distribute the juices. Serve with fresh vegetables. And for men, with baked potato wedges. Bon appetit!
