I found a great recipe on the site: gravy with onions and sour cream! Very tasty and appetizing! Finely chopped the onion and fried it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Added flour, stirred and lightly fried. Then I added sour cream, stirred and added a little hot water. I really wanted a thick sauce. We call it “white sauce”, and so everything is on the list. If sour cream, add sugar, sometimes use heavy cream... We really like the sauce!
