Golden potatoes in the oven

STEP 1

How to bake golden potatoes in the oven? Prepare all the necessary products. Try to choose potatoes that are approximately the same size, so they will bake more evenly. Take any unscented oil.
STEP 2

Rinse the potatoes well with a brush under running water and peel them. If it is young, then you can leave it with the skin, so you will retain the vitamins to the maximum. I still recommend cleaning the old one. Next, you need to cut the potatoes into slices. If you have it very small, then it is not necessary to cut it.
STEP 3

Place a saucepan with enough water on the fire, bring to a boil, and add a little salt. Dip our chopped potatoes into the water and cook after boiling over medium heat for a short time, only 7 minutes.
STEP 4

Throw the potatoes into a colander, let the water drain completely, they should become almost dry. If desired, you can gently blot with napkins or paper towels.
STEP 5

Place the potatoes in a saucepan, add salt, spices and oil. Mix carefully so as not to injure it too much; the slices should remain slices. I added paprika and a little turmeric to the potatoes, but you can add other favorite spices.
STEP 6

Line the pan in which you plan to bake the potatoes with foil. Lay out the prepared potatoes, level them, it’s better if they lie in one layer, then the entire top will be covered with a golden crust. If there are a lot of potatoes, take a larger form. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, depending on the size of the slices, the number of potatoes and the characteristics of your oven. Stir the potatoes once (after 15 minutes) with a spatula.
