The soup is really very tasty and very filling! It’s quite easy to prepare, even novice housewives can do it))) I prepared it in an hour, and even then, the longest amount of time was taken by cooking the lentils))) I made my own small adjustments: instead of tomatoes, tomato paste, since I didn’t have them on hand at the right time )))

I love lentils, especially because they cook so quickly! In half an hour we got a very tasty soup!!! I added some more mushrooms and chopped sweet peppers and it turned out to be a very aromatic soup!

oh, I forgot, since my husband can’t live without meat, I added a piece of brisket, it turned out not quite a vegetarian option, but I even like this soup without meat better, lentils in themselves are very filling
