Fruit pancakes with milk and apricot filling

STEP 1

We prepare the necessary ingredients for making delicious pancakes stuffed with apricot. Sift two hundred and fifty grams of flour into a large bowl, add two tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, three chicken eggs, three tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix.
STEP 2

We continue to knead the pancake base and add fifty to sixty grams of warm milk to the bowl.
STEP 3

After kneading the thick dough, stirring, simply add all the remaining milk and let the dough stand for at least thirty minutes, or best left until the morning.
STEP 4

Cut five apricots into fairly large slices.
STEP 5

Place the apricot slices in a heated frying pan with a small amount of butter, add two tablespoons of sugar and stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved for about two minutes.
STEP 6

Pour and rub one teaspoon of vegetable oil in a pan for baking pancakes with a brush.
STEP 7

Cut one apricot into a very small cube and add it to the dough, mix well.
STEP 8

Heat the frying pan on the stove and start frying the pancakes by lowering the heat to medium.
STEP 9

Place the finished pancakes on a plate and grease with butter if desired.
