Everyone in our family loves fried potatoes. But this time I prepared a small portion especially for my son, he comes home terribly hungry after school) I haven’t fried potatoes this way yet; it’s very unusual to bread them in flour. It was very interesting what would come of it. The potatoes were cut into large pieces, washed and dried with a waffle towel. I prefer to dry it with a cloth towel; a paper towel gets very wet and sticks to the slices. I poured the flour into the potatoes, stirred, and thought about sifting the remaining flour through a sieve, but still poured all the flour into the frying pan. I fried the potatoes for about half an hour in total. From the spices I added ground paprika and black pepper. The result was ruddy, beautiful slices. Tasty and aromatic. An interesting combination of creamy delicate taste and toasted crust. The flour formed little crispy crumbs. And directly on the potatoes, the flour stuck well and browned. These fried potatoes are unusual and delicious for me. My son also appreciated it) Thanks for the recipe!

I prepared fried potatoes with a golden crust according to Maria’s recipe. And in this recipe, chopped potatoes need to be doused with boiling water, dried and rolled in flour.
