I prepared a Lenten version of fried dumplings with potatoes - I excluded bacon from the recipe. I had dumplings with raw potatoes inside, so first I boiled them until almost done. Then everything according to the recipe. It turned out to be a very tasty and satisfying dish, thanks for the recipe!

I really love dumplings with various fillings, so I decided to make fried dumplings with potatoes according to this recipe. To speed up the process, I took ready-made ones, but it’s better to make the dumplings yourself. Fried in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils. Then simmered it in salted water. The water was poured after it had just boiled. I fried onions, bacon and mushrooms separately. I cut the onion into cubes, the bacon into squares, and the mushrooms were frozen. Bacon and mushrooms decrease quite significantly in volume. If you want there to be more of them in the dish, you need to take more products accordingly. After combining all the ingredients, fry for another five minutes, stirring with a spatula. It turned out very tasty! Potatoes, mushrooms and bacon go together perfectly! The bacon became crispy, and the dough of the dumplings browned. The dish is aromatic and satisfying!
