Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings. Fry the onion for a couple of minutes in a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Chop the bacon and add it to the pan with the onions. Stir. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Rinse the champignons well in running water to remove dirt and cut into slices. Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan with the bacon. Fry everything together until the mushrooms are ready. Stir occasionally to ensure nothing burns.

At the same time, pour a little vegetable oil in another frying pan and place the dumplings. Fry them until golden brown. Then add hot water to them and cook them covered for 5-7 minutes. The filling in the dumplings is already ready. Therefore, you only need to prepare the dough.
