    Stir and fry while stirring. I cook the meat over high heat and hardly stir it (at most twice the entire time) - this way the crust sets and all the juices remain in the meat, rather than creating soot on the bottom of the pan.

    Add salt, pepper and paprika.

    Add sour cream and mayonnaise. If you are watching the calorie content of your dishes, use only low-fat sour cream. It will turn out just as tasty, but with a minimum of fat. And to eliminate the oil at the first stage, simmer the onion in a small amount of water.
