STEP 1

How to very simply and quickly prepare homemade fish soup from fresh pink salmon with potatoes, carrots and onions with herbs, which without any doubt will appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with its excellent taste? First of all, prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing an old Russian dish of fresh fish with vegetables.
STEP 2

To prepare the vegetable broth, fairly finely chop one large onion and four pre-peeled medium potatoes into random small pieces.
STEP 3

Take a suitable pan and pour two liters of water into it, then put it on the stove and bring the water to a boil, then put the chopped vegetables in the pan, cover it with a lid and bring it to a boil again over high heat on the stove.
STEP 4

Cut one medium carrot into small random strips and place in a common pan, then cover it with a lid and continue to cook the vegetable broth after boiling for ten minutes on medium heat on the stove.
STEP 5

Pre-clean and rinse well five hundred grams of fresh pink salmon, which then cut into small random pieces.
STEP 6

Place the chopped pieces of fish in a pan with vegetable broth and mix all the ingredients together, then cover the pan with a lid and bring the fish soup to a boil over medium heat on the stove.
STEP 7

Add salt, ground black pepper, thirty grams of butter, two tablespoons of semolina, two bay leaves to the pan with the fish soup, then mix all the ingredients together and continue cooking the fish soup for two minutes on medium heat on the stove.
STEP 8

For aroma and taste, add finely chopped green onions, dill, parsley to the pan with fish soup, then cover it with a lid and leave the prepared dish on the stove turned off for two to three minutes.
STEP 9

Quite quickly and simply pour the prepared fish soup into portioned plates and serve with finely chopped herbs to taste.
