We fry the onion separately and sauté it with ketchup, or tom. paste, Fry the fish, when ready, pour the frying mixture on top and simmer for another 10-15 minutes, until half the sauce has boiled away. The result is a juicy fish with an original taste. It’s even easier to simmer in a slow cooker for 20 minutes under a fur coat and you’re done. If you forget, it doesn’t matter, you’ll end up with canned food.
