I saw an interesting recipe for brine flatbreads and realized what to make from the cucumber brine. The recipe suggests adding sugar to the dough, but I replaced it with a pinch of salt and prepared non-sweet flatbreads. You can eat them instead of bread and spread them with jam and tea. I kneaded the dough for a short time, let it rest and fried the rolled out flatbreads in a frying pan. They turned out soft with an interesting taste from the brine. I will cook this way again. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

I experimented with different flours, took whole grain wheat, whole grain rye, buckwheat, amaranth, and kneaded different ones. Delicious. Every time a new taste.
