Fish and chicken cutlets
For those who don’t really like fish, but need to eat it. Both fish and meat are present here in a one-to-one ratio. You can play around with the ingredients. I wanted to make light cutlets, and they turned out great. You can take fattier fish or chicken leg meat instead of chicken fillet.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Soak the bread in milk. Chop the greens.
STEP 2

Chop fish, chicken and onions into a meat grinder.
STEP 3

Pass everything through the middle rack.
STEP 4

Add squeezed bread, salt and herbs to the minced meat. The minced meat should not be too liquid. Mix everything well.
STEP 5

Place the finished minced meat in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 6

Cutlets can be fried in a frying pan, steamed or cooked in the oven. Form cutlets.
STEP 7

Warm up the pan and add vegetable oil. Get cutlets over medium heat with an open lid, on one side.
STEP 8

Turn over, reduce heat, close with lid and keep until done.
