I really like salads. I liked the recipe for this salad and I went to cook it, having all the ingredients on hand. For beauty I used purple onions. Shredded cabbage, grated carrots, chopped onions and bell peppers. Mixed all the ingredients and seasoned the salad with salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. The salad steeped for several days, then I put it in jars and put it in the refrigerator. The finger-licking cabbage and carrot salad for the winter turned out to be mega delicious. It marinated well and released a sufficient amount of juice. The salad is crispy, juicy, tasty, and light. This salad of simple ingredients is very quick and easy to prepare in large quantities. The cabbage salad turned out to be very tasty. Thanks for the recipe! Everyone in our family loves cabbage, especially sauerkraut. I found this method and decided to prepare it for a change.
